Work

How I work, and what I've built.

I bridge the gap between technology, risk and business value. Three stages, no lengthy discovery phase, and real work starting in week one.

01

Analysis

I take the time to understand your business, your industry and your existing system properly: the code, the team, the constraints and the commercial pressure you are actually under. No generic audit template. You get a written assessment of what is working, what will break, and what it will cost you if it does.

02

Strategy

I build a plan around tactics that have already been proven in production, not theory. It is sequenced by risk and business impact, so the things that unblock revenue or de-risk a funding round go first. Every recommendation comes with an estimate and a reason.

03

Execution

Then I do the work, with your team, your key partners and you. I write code, review pull requests, make architecture calls and stay accountable for the result. Strategy that nobody implements is just an expensive document.

Engagement

How I work

Hands-on from day one

I start solving problems in week one. No three-week onboarding, no discovery phase that bills you for reading your own documentation.

Your team levels up

I mentor while I build. The goal is that your developers are more senior when I leave than when I arrived. Otherwise you have just rented a contractor.

Flexible engagement

Scale up for a product launch, scale down for maintenance mode. You pay for what you actually need that month, not a fixed retainer that suits me.

Real references

Every client becomes a reference. I am happy to connect you directly with companies I have worked with so you can ask them instead of reading my version.

Questions

Common questions

01How quickly can we start after engaging?

Usually within a week. I keep capacity open for exactly this reason. Most people who call me are calling because something is already on fire. The first session is a working session, not an onboarding call.

02Are you available on-site, or fully remote?

I work remotely by default, which is how the engagement stays cost-effective. For kickoffs, board sessions, diligence meetings or team workshops I travel on request.

03Do you work alone?

I lead the work personally. You are hiring me, not an agency bench. When a project needs more hands, I bring in engineers I have shipped with before and stay accountable for their output.

Next step

Start with a conversation.

Tell me what you are building and where it hurts. If I am not the right person, I will say so and point you at someone who is.
